Posted: Fri. Oct 26, 2018

FTF member African Bronze Honey Company sells raw, unpasteurized, natural honey produced by wild bees.

Their African Bronze Honey comes from the West Lunga Forest, a woodland forest preserve in the northwest region of Zambia. It is a dark, full flavored, tropical forest honey that is rich with antioxidants & micronutrients. The bronze honey has delicious notes of treacle, whisky, dried fruit, smoke, and maple syrup. They also sell favored varieties, lip balm, lozenges, shea butter, candles, and gift sets. Visit their website for recipes, such as the below Pumpkin Pie made with honey in place of sugar.

African Bronze Honey Company is committed to sustainable practices and preserving traditional heritage, while creating economic opportunity for independent beekeepers and their families. They work in partnership with Forest Fruits of Zambia and other projects in Africa that have trained more than 10,000 beekeepers and produce more than 1,000 tonnes of organic honey each year.
