Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee

The FTF Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Committee is dedicated to integrating principles of social justice and inclusion to further the FTF’s mission and vision. The Committee focuses on incorporating equity and justice into the way the FTF and its members grow, moving strategic priorities to be more in line with the principles and values that we espouse. See the JEDI Committee Charter for more information.

Code of Practice Revision:

In 2021, the FTF JEDI Committee embarked on a process to review and update the core document of the FTF community, our Code of Practice. The JEDI Committee assessed and proposed changes in four important areas, all of which were approved by the FTF Board of Directors. The updates are currently being implemented by FTF members and vetted by the FTF through our annual renewal process and updated FTF applications. Learn more about the changes here.

FTF Glossary:

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, the FTF JEDI Committee has compiled a glossary of terms used throughout our Code of Practice. Our intention is to offer shared language for our membership. These definitions are meant to be a starting point for deeper learning and understanding. View our glossary here.
