The following Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply to all donated items and services offered to the Fair Trade Federation
- Delivery of Item for Auction
Donors will be responsible for shipping physical items to the winning bidder. All items must be shipped within ten business days after notification of the winning bidder.
- Photos and Illustrations
Photos and illustrations received from Donors may be used for marketing purposes. The FTF reserve the right to alter photos received. Any changes to photos used may never be used for any dispute or claims.
- Prices
The Fair Trade Federation (FTF) reserves the right to set the minimum bid for all donated items and services. Should the donated item and service not receive any bids, the FTF reserves the right to lower the minimum. If Donor does not want the minimum bid to be lowered past a certain dollar value, it is the Donor’s sole responsibility to contact the FTF at rs@fairtradefederation.org and advise of the lowest dollar amount they are willing to accept, no later than October 1, 2024.
- Guarantee
By submitting an offer of an item, experience, or service to the Auction, the Donor guarantees that the item, experience, or service will be honored as advertised and delivered to the winning bidder.
